On September 14, 2021, from 12.00 till 13.00 (GMT+3), the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) will organise an online meeting with Bruce Biber, outgoing Head of ICRC Delegation for the Central African Republic (CAR), for representatives of state structures and experts on the occasion of the end of his mission in the country.

On September 14, 2021, from 12.00 till 13.00 (GMT+3), the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) will organise an online meeting with Bruce Biber, outgoing Head of ICRC Delegation for the Central African Republic (CAR), for representatives of state structures and experts on the occasion of the end of his mission in the country.

The discussion will focus on the general situation in CAR, including in the context of its relations with other countries. Mr Biber will speak about the ICRC work in CAR and will answer questions from the audience.

Dear colleagues, please accept deep apologies from the ICRC for the technical problem on the Geneva side, which has prevented us from conducting the briefing today. We will try to organise it on another date and will inform everybody accordingly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
