Post-conflict reconstruction of Syria is a vital component of the plans to turn this country into a stable, secure and peaceful state. Experts of the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) and the International Crisis Group (ICG) will cover Russian and European approaches towards Syria’s reconstruction, international situation and the settlement crisis’ prospects. Furthermore, in the framework of the event both sides will discuss new International Crisis Group’s report “Ways out of Europe's Syria Reconstruction Conundrum”, and also the Russian International Affairs Council’s report “Squaring the Circle: Russian and European Views on Syrian Reconstruction”.
