On April 20, 2022, RIAC in cooperation with Africa Business Initiative held a webinar on the consequences of Russia-Ukraine conflict for African food security.

The webinar focused on three key food security issues arising from the Russian-Ukrainian conflict: food, mineral resources and fertilizer increasing prices and the implications for African countries; the reaction of African governments to the consequences of Russia-Ukraine conflict in the field of food security; geopolitical consequences of the conflict for international cooperation and Russian-African cooperation.
