On March 19, 2025, the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) held a seminar the “Middle East Analysis” for students of the Institute of Asian and African Studies of Lomonosov Moscow State University (IAAS MSU).

The meeting was organized with the assistance of the IAAS MSU Career Center. During the meeting, Director of Programs Svetlana Gavrilova, Publishing Editor Daniil Rastegaev, Program Managers Ivan Bocharov and Konstantin Sukhoverkhov told students about the RIAC work and features of writing analytical articles.

Key emphasis was placed on the research of Middle Eastern processes, data interpretation features and principles of writing analytical materials with a regional perspective. In conclusion of the meeting, speakers answered questions from the audience and shared additional professional advice.

The meeting was also attended by researcher at IAAS MSU Daria Saprynskaya.
