On June 7, 2022, a regular online international expert dialog on Russia-NATO relations took place, bringing together experts, former diplomats and military, public leaders from Russia, the USA, and European NATO member-states.
The organizers of the dialog on the Russian side included RAS Institute for the U.S. and Canadian Studies and RAS Institute of Europe. The meeting focused on the role of third countries, primarily the permanent members of the UN Security Council, in the settlement of Russian-Ukrainian conflict, as well as the connection of this settlement with more general challenges of European security and arms control.

The discussion was moderated by Sergey Rogov, Academic Director of RAS Institute for the U.S. and Canadian Studies (ISKRAN), RIAC Member, and Alexei Gromyko, Director of RAS Institute of Europe, RIAC Member. RIAC members Vladimir Baranovsky and Vladimir Lukin also took part in the discussion.
