On October 10 Remigijus Motuzas, Ambassador of Republic of Lithuania in Russian Federation, Giedrius Galkauskas, Minister-Counselor of the Embassy, and Laimis Rubinskas, First Secretary of the Embassy, visited Russian International Affairs Council.

On October 10 Remigijus Motuzas, Ambassador of Republic of Lithuania in Russian Federation, Giedrius Galkauskas, Minister-Counselor of the Embassy, and Laimis Rubinskas, First Secretary of the Embassy, visited Russian International Affairs Council.

Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, Ivan Timofeev, Director of Programs, and Natalia Yevtikhevich, Program Manager, had a meeting with the Lithuanian Diplomats.

The meeting focused on the current issues in bilateral relations between Russia and Lithuania, security and cooperation in the Baltic region, as well as more common issues on cooperation between Russia and the West.

The representatives of the Lithuanian embassy got to know about RIAC project and information work, and about the short-term plans of the Council.
