On December 7, 2016 Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) in cooperation with the Robert Bosch Center for Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, and Central Asia at the DGAP, the SAIS Center for Transatlantic Relations at Johns Hopkins University and the Robert Bosch Stiftung held a seminar «Russia and the West-Building a new Modus Vivendi?».
The seminar agenda covered the following issues: security relations; economic and energy relations; the challenge of Eastern Europe for Russian-Western relations; new agenda for Western relations with Russia.

The meeting was opened by RIAC Director General Andrey Kortunov and Christian Hänel, Head of the Department of International Relations, America and Asia at Robert Bosch Foundation.
