The session addressed the changing understanding of the strategic stability concept, possible concepts of European and Euro-Atlantic security after Russia-Ukraine conflict is over, as well as the future of bilateral and multilateral arms control. Leading international researchers from China, the USA, Great Britain, and Russia took part in the event. Russian side was represented at the event by Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General.
