Project: International Migration: Trends, Challenges and Outlook

The project is designed to reveal major trends in migration, both globally and regionally. The project seeks to show the impact of political and economic processes on regional and global migration flows. The dynamics and prospects of migration related to labor migration, as well as educational and scientific migration, are at the core of the analysis. Besides, the project examines international experience in implementing migration policy, which is important for improving the processes of integration and adaptation of migrants in the host society.

The aim of the project is to study key trends in global and regional migration, analyzing the legal and institutional aspects of migration policies of different recipient countries, as well as practices of adaptation and integration of migrants. Another focus is to assess how far the most effective management practices in the field of migration and human capital are applicable for Russia.
