The meeting was attended by James Boughner, Minister Counsellor for Economic Affairs at the U.S. Embassy; Bo Palmer, Political Counselor at the U.S. Embassy Moscow; and Andrew Freeman, Second Secretary of the U.S. Embassy (Political Affairs).
