Speakers at Session One were RIAC Member Vyacheslav Nikonov, Chairman of State Duma Committee on Education and Executive Director of Russkiy Mir Foundation, RIAC Program Director Ivan Timofeyev, and Dr. Uma Purushothaman of the Observer Research Foundation.
