The report titled “Consolidation of mutual security in the Euro Atlantic region” which has been prepared by the co-chairmen of the Nuclear Threat Initiative -member of the board of the European Leadership Network for Multilateral Disarmament and Non-Proliferation (ELN) Desmond Brown, President of the Munich Security Conference Wolfgang Ischinger, President of the Russian International Affairs Council Igor Ivanov and Chief executive officer of the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI) Sam Nunn - was published on April 3, 2013.

The report titled “Consolidation of mutual security in the Euro Atlantic region” which has been prepared by the co-chairmen of the Nuclear Threat Initiative -member of the board of the European Leadership Network for Multilateral Disarmament and Non-Proliferation (ELN) Desmond Browne, President of the Munich Security Conference Wolfgang Ischinger, President of the Russian International Affairs Council Igor Ivanov and Chief executive officer of the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI) Sam Nunn - was published on April 3, 2013.

Conclusions and suggestions contained in this work are intended first and foremost for the leaders of major states and governments and those responsible for preparation and implementation of decisions in the field of nuclear disarmament and strategic stability.

The authors of the report who represent Great Britain, Germany, Russia and the US lay emphasis on the necessity to shape conditions for predictable and responsible actions of the leaders of the nuclear states.
