On March 7, RIAC hosted representatives of Institute of Iran Eurasian Studies (IRAS) and Iranian Embassy to Moscow to discuss future partnership of two think tanks and possible formats for joint research on bilateral cooperation and strategic partnership of Russia and Iran, as well as their dialogue on Afghanistan, Caucasus, Central Asia, Syria, Iraq and the Caspian.

The event was attended by IRAS Deputy Director Mandana Tishehyar, IRAS researcher Shafiya Farzaneh, Iranian Embassy First Secretary Sayed Abdulreza Musawi, RIAC Director General Andrey Kortunov, Program Director Ivan Timofeyev, and Program Manager Helena Aleksyenkova.
