The presentation outlined the general state of relations between Russia and the EU, as well as the prospects for bilateral cooperation in the short term, the approaches of the United States and the EU to the policy of sanctions against Russia, the potential of the mechanism for introducing sanctions in Russia, trends in the development of sanctions at the present stage, and other issues.
