Russia Beyond the Headlines, an international project of Rossiyskaya Gazeta, has issued a collection of essays "A New Era: India-Russia Ties in the 21st Century", the first Russian publication in India after disintegration of the Soviet Union complied jointly by RIAC and Indian Observer Research Foundation.

Russia Beyond the Headlines, an international project of Rossiyskaya Gazeta, has issued a collection of essays "A New Era: India-Russia Ties in the 21st Century", the first Russian publication in India after disintegration of the Soviet Union complied jointly by RIAC and Indian Observer Research Foundation.

The collection was presented to Chairman of State Duma Sergey Naryshkin during his visit to New Delhi last February 26-27.

The English-language book contains a new RIAC material written by RIAC expert Igor Denisov, Senior Research Fellow at Center for East Asian and SCO Studies of MGIMO-University, as part of project "Russia and India: Toward a New Bilateral Agenda" led by Ambassador Vyacheslav Trubnikov, Army General, member of IMEMO Board and RIAC Vice President and containing an integrated analysis of Russia-India relations, recommendations to use the untapped potential, and engagement of government, business and civil society members of the two countries for upgrading the relationship.

Covering the current trends in the bilateral dialogue, the work is based on RIAC's working paper "Postulates on Russia-India Relations".

The RIAC editorial board is preparing the Russian-language version for its website.
