On September 4, 2018, Russian International Affairs Council hosted two sessions of International Summer School organized by Vienna University Eurasian Affairs Research Institute.
The participants of the School included students, post-graduate students, and professors of the University of Vienna, dealing with the issues of contemporary international relations. Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, made a speech in the course of the first session on possible scenarios for the development of relations between Russia and the European Union. Sergey Markedonov, RIAC Expert, Associate Professor, Department of Regional Studies and Foreign Policy, Russian State University for the Humanities, made a speech on the conflicts in the Post-Soviet space in the course of the second session.
