The discussion involved high-ranking officials from a number of European countries, international organizations' representatives, experts in international relations, journalists and civil society leaders.
Russia was represented by Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, Nadezhda Arbatova, RIAC expert and Ambassador Aleksander Lukashevich, Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the OSCE.
