On December 14 in Berlin Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) and German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) held a seminar dedicated to opportunities for Russia-EU energy cooperation.
The seminar was opened by Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General and Stefan Meister, head of the Program on Eastern Europe, Russia and Central Asia at DGAP.

The seminar was attended by RIAC experts: Vladimir Likhachev, Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs at Energy Research Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences; Mikhail Krutikhin, partner of RusEnergy agency; Sergey Kulik, Director for International Development at the Institute for Contemporary Development.
From the German side the seminar was attended by Kirsten Westphal, Senior Associate at the Global Issues Research Division; Enno Harks, BP Deputy Director and others.
This is the second seminar held within the frameworks of the RIAC-DGAP joint project on the analysis of Russia-EU cooperation mechanisms. The first seminar took place in Moscow on September 12, 2016.
