RAREX aims to be a peer-to-peer and horizontal network that facilitates interactions between thinktanks, research institutions and leading university departments as well as between experts and decision-makers in Russia and in African nations. This would provide a welcomed opportunity to foster mutual understanding and turn regular and meaningful contacts among our countries into an article of faith.
RAREX is designed as a non-profit voluntary association that should become a platform for candid dialogue between Russia’s and Africa’s civil and academic societies beyond the agenda of bilateral and multilateral relations as well as identify ways, forms and the framework of cooperation in the fields of foreign policy and global economy in the near future and beyond. Through joint-agency webinars, workshops, round tables and discussions, RAREX aims to facilitate the exchange of reliable information, transformative experience and best practices.
