Prospects of Russia’s and China’s relations with the U.S., as well as future priorities of American foreign and internal policy were assessed by Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, Wang Honggang, Director of the Institute of American Studies at China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations, Sergey Rogov, Academic Director of the RAS Institute of the U.S. and Canadian Studies, RAC Member, Pang Dapeng, Deputy Director of the CASS Institute of Russian, Eastern European and Central Asian Studies (IREECAS), Ivan Timofeev, RIAC Director of Programs, and Liu Fenghua, Head of the Russian Foreign Policy Department of IREECAS CASS.
Vladimir Petrovsky, Chief Research Fellow at the Centre for Russia–Chinа Relations Studies and Forecasting of the RAS Institute of Far Eastern Studies, Li Yonghui, Deputy Head of the Russian Foreign Policy Department of IREECAS CASS, Igor Istomin, Assistant Professor at the Department of Applied International Analysis of MGIMO University, Pavel Sharikov, Director of the Applied Research Center of the RAS Institute for the U.S. and Canadian Studies, and Alexey Stepanov, Research Fellow at the Center for Military and Political Research of the RAS Institute of the U.S. and Canadian Studies, as well as other Russian and Chinese experts took part in the discussion.
